How to Do Road Paving

1. Prepare the Site

   Start by clearing the area where the road will be paved. Remove any obstacles, debris, or vegetation that may hinder the paving process.

2. Grade the Surface

   Use heavy machinery to grade the surface and ensure it is level. This step is crucial for proper drainage and to prevent future road damage.

3. Apply Base Layer

   Lay down a base layer of crushed stone or gravel. Compact it using a roller or compactor to create a solid foundation for the road.

4. Apply Binder Layer

   Spread a binder layer, typically consisting of bitumen or asphalt emulsion, over the base layer. This layer helps to bind the road materials together.

5. Apply Surface Layer

   Finally, apply the surface layer, which is usually asphalt. Use a paver machine to evenly distribute and compact the asphalt. Finish by rolling the surface to ensure a smooth and durable road.

6. Cure and Maintain

   Allow the newly paved road to cure for the recommended time. Regularly inspect and maintain the road to address any cracks or potholes that may develop over time.
